At Leyland Pointe, we know your pets are part of the family, and we’re happy to welcome them home with you.

All pets must be registered with the management office prior to move-in.
Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in all common areas at all times.
Pets must be leashed or otherwise controlled whenever outside the resident’s apartment home.
Excessive noise or disruptive behavior from pets should be addressed promptly to maintain a comfortable living environment for all residents.
Residents are liable for any damage caused by their pet(s) to the apartment home or community grounds.

Certain breed and weight restrictions may apply. Please contact our leasing office for a complete list of restricted breeds and any weight limits.

Please check with our leasing office regarding the maximum number of pets allowed per apartment home.
